Lycopersicon esculentum
This heirloom variety of tomato produces medium sized, deep-red skinned tomatoes with a full flavour. The fruit on bloody butcher tend to ripen quickly so this variety is excellent for areas that don't have a very long summer or for planting later in the season.

Planting Instructions
- Plant in sheltered, full sun, well drained soil
- Plant in different place to where previously grown tomatoes to reduce risk of diseases
- Dig in compost and plant 30cm apart
- Spray tomatoes with liquid copper to prevent fungal diseases
- Avoid overhead watering
- Stake if required
