$6.49 SKU: CAVOLO
Cavolo nero is an old Italian variety which looks like a cross between cabbage and kale. It can be used as you would cabbage or kale in salads, stir-frys or boiled.
It is a non-hearting type of kale with long strap-like leaves; it's a hardy winter vege.
It is an amazing source of nutrients and dietary fibre.
