Beta vulgaris
With it's bright, multicoloured stems, rainbow beet is perfect for planting in pots for visual affect. It's quick to mature, doesn't require a lot of maintence and is packed full of nutrients. Every colour has a slightly different flavour - all a little milder than standard silver beet.

Planting Instructions
- Plant in full sun
- Add compost and a general fertiliser
- Plant 20cms apart
- Harvest in 6 to 10 weeks before it goes to seed
- Pick off the leaves for meals and salads as needed
