Veronica speciosa syn. Hebe blue gem

This variety of hebe is also known as Combe Royal and is a vigorous shrub that produces large, rounded, glossy green leaves. It is a prolific flower and produces sweet-smelling purple/blue flowers which fade to white and are very attractive to bees. It is also very tolerant of sandy growing conditions.
