Pearl drop onion is a pure white cocktail onion that has crisp round and slightly flattened bulbs and is perfect for bunching or pickling. It is not a spring onion. The thin skin on the onions can be rubbed off straight after harvesting. It's a low maintenance plant to grow and great for beginner gardeners.
