Ozothamnus leptophylla is a hardy, fast-growing, multi-branched shrub with small, linear leaves covered in hairs on their lower surface. It has clusters of white flowers (2-3mm in diameter).

Keep a height of 2m to create a full compact look.

Commonly found in coastal and lower mountain shrubby areas in New Zealand.

Also known as tauhinu or cottonwood.
