All but one of my Rhododendrons have flowered beautifully this year. The one that hasn't produced one gorgeous only and the rest of the branches have thrown out new leaves instead.

It could be that the size of the flowers are too large for the stem. If that's the case feed the plant on potash to encourage growth and flowering.
